Your help in providing information about your funded project greatly helps others.

It enables DHCT to chronicle and case study the projects we have funded and, more importantly to help those looking for funding to understand the types of projects we fund, there are many!

On this page there is an easy to complete online form where you can submit information about your project. Please provide as much information as possible, after all we are protecting Devon’s Church and Chapel heritage for generations to come.

This is a very easy form to complete…

We only ask for some very basic information. However we would greatly appreciate if you could add as much detail as possible, especially pictures. After all, a few great snaps of before and after repairs or rennovation offers so much to those seeking a grant.

Section 1: About you

Your name. Required *

Position held. Are you clergy, PCC member etc?

Telephone number. Required *

Email address. Required *

Section 2: Project details

Where? Please enter the name of your Church, Chapel and its full address.

Location. If possible please enter a Google Map reference below. Don't worry if you don't know how to do this.

The Works. What type of works was your grant awarded for? Eg, repairs to roof, repairs to guttering etc.

DHCT Grant Awarded. The grant that you recieved, eg, £2000.

Date of Grant Award. Eg, 12/04/2024.

Project start date. Eg, 24/05/2024. If the project has not started then just enter TBC below.

Project end date. Eg, 15/09/2024. If the project has not finished then just enter TBC below.

Section 3: Project Overview

Your overview of the project. A brief precis of your project.

Section 4: The grant application and project

A detailed description of your project. Please enter as much information as possible.

Section 5: Your testimonial or comment

Testimonial. What would you like to say about the trust and the grant received?
